Registered Massage Therapy

My massage therapy journey is fairly new and it has already taught me a lot of wonderful things. I find massage to be a very powerful modality. It’s a medium to understand the bodies intelligence and complexity.

I enjoy learning about the body in many different perspective which allows me to have an open mind on my approach to healing in my practice to create an effective treatment plan that is unique to everyone’s needs. In my massage practice I hope to be a support system for others to have sovereignty for their well being and provide individuals with useful self care elements to aid with the longevity of ones self.

In my spare time i enjoy walking my dog, gardening, pottery and camping.
