Cancellation policy

When you schedule an appointment, you are booking that individual’s time. In order to accommodate our clientele, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Less than that is inadequate time for us to offer your appointment time to others.

Failure to provide notice will result in a fee. First time missed appointments will incur a fee of $50 + hst. Subsequent missed appointments will result in 100% of the missed appointment fee.

Multiple incidences of late notice or missed appointments will results in your online booking access being revoked, and/or you will be asked to pay for your appointment in advance.

Late policy

You are responsible for the time that you reserve with practitioners for you appointment. If you are late for your appointment the treatment will still end at the designated time with no change in fee. Make sure to arrive 10 minutes early to complete your health history form before the treatment should you not have submitted it online ahead of time.
