We cap our classes at 10 students, so we require our yogis to preregister by booking online, giving us a call or sending an email.

 Your yoga mat, tea, water and a beautiful space are all provided for you.

Tuesday 8pm Slow Deep Flow with Josh

The pace of this class is steady and slow so that you can breathe with ease, connecting mind and body.

 


We move, we breathe, we twist, and we let it all go. The best part is, we do it all together!

 This is a beautiful gentle flow class for the first 30-40 minutes, and then we slow it right down for the last 20-30 and incorporate more restorative postures called “yin” poses. Great for those who love to move their bodies but find a flow class too much work for the 60 minutes.

We offer a range of classes and workshops in our beautiful bright space, to suit your lifestyle and goals. Our faculty of dedicated, friendly teachers will make you feel supported, motivated and right at hOMe.
