Yoga at OM is different!
We offer small class sizes exclusively, providing the opportunity for your teacher to support you through your practice. If you’re new to yoga, you won’t have to wonder if you’re, “doing it right” because we are there to guide you! If you’ve got an established practice, we are here to support you! Want to nail that inversion? No problem! You’ve got our undivided attention.
Because we cap our class size, we require our yogis to preregister by booking online, giving us a call or sending an email. Our classes can fill quickly!
Mats are available to rent for a fee, please inquire when booking should you require one.

Andrea has been a part of the Dundas yoga community for many years and brings her positive energy wherever she goes, creating a beautiful space for your practice. She has been teaching yoga since 2001, is a restorative exercise specialist, a certified personal trainer and long time passionate yogi!
