 Yoga at OM is different!

We always cap our classes at 10 students, providing the opportunity for your teacher to support you through your practice. If you’re new to yoga, you won’t have to wonder if you’re, “doing it right” because we are there to guide you! If you’ve got an established practice, we are here to support you. 

Because we cap our class size, we require our yogis to preregister by booking online, giving us a call or sending an email. Our classes can fill quickly!

 A yoga mat, tea, water and a beautiful space are all provided, complimentary.

Class Schedule

Tuesday 8pm – Slow Deep Flow with Josh

Join Josh each Tuesday evening for this 60 minute class as he guides you through your practice. The room is lit by the glow of our fireplace and Himalayan salt lamps, and the room temperature is cozy and warm. The pace is steady and slow so that you can breathe with ease, connecting mind and body. Suitable for all levels.
